Alex Rodriguez is a South Florida native and the founder of Redland Realty & Auction. With dual licensure as both a Real Estate Broker and a licensed Auctioneer, Alex built this firm on a simple belief: that buying and selling property should be transparent, fair, and accessible to everyone — regardless of background.

Hi, I'm Chris Bohr — a lifelong Tampa Bay resident, proud husband to Michelle "Missy," and father to a wonderful seven-year-old. A UCF graduate, I'm an active Real Estate Broker, Auctioneer, Board Member of the Florida Auctioneer Association, 2022/2023 Florida Bid Calling Reserve Champion, and Instructor at the Florida Auctioneer Academy. I'm also a proud member of the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, the Pinellas Realtor Organization, Florida and National Associations of Realtors — and a lousy golfer who loves to play.
Elizabeth Hornsby brings a unique perspective to Redland Realty & Auction — a background in finance combined with a genuine passion for helping people through life's transitions. Based in West Palm Beach, Elizabeth serves as the company's Palm Beach County connection, guiding clients through the auction process with patience, clarity, and care.
When she's not helping clients, you'll find Elizabeth outside — tending to her native Florida garden or in the ocean, where she has a deep fascination with sharks. A true Florida soul, even if she wasn't born here.
