Most recently, Alex has taken notice of the “compelling letter” practice whereby selling agents request the potential buyer to write a compelling letter explaining why the buyer should sell the property to them. He thought about how the far-reaching implications of this recent trend and how it automatically excludes so many potential buyers: recent refugees, immigrants, and others who simply lack the skills to write such a letter, but who have the means to purchase said property. And so, he has become resolute in transforming the way property changes hands by making the transaction transparent for all parties involved, as he strongly believes that a transparent transaction has a higher value than a compelling letter.

Hello, my name is Chris Bohr, I’m a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area, married to a wonderful woman, Michelle “Missy” Bohr and we have a seven year old son who is the apple of my eye. I’m a graduate of Countryside High School in Clearwater, Florida, a Graduate of the University of Central Florida, and an active Real Estate Broker, Auctioneer, on the Board of Directors for the Florida Auctioneer Association, 2022/2023 Florida Bid Calling Reserve Champion, Instructor at the Florida Auctioneer Academy and a lousy golfer who loves to play.
